Da'Quan S. Stubbs, affectionately known as Quanny, Quants, Bubba, and Mookie, was born in Bridgeton, NJ on May 17, 1995 to Eddie L. Stubbs Sr. and Iona S. Ford (Jones). Da'Quan passed away January 10, 2023, surrounded by his family and friends. Da'Quan graduated from Penns Grove High School June 2014. After graduating, he worked at Champs sneaker store in the Cumberland Mall. Da'Quan has always had a passion for music and shortly after starting his retail journey he enrolled in Full Sail University where he obtained a certification as a Music Recording Engineer. Da'Quan had his first child May, 2015, shortly after he was diagnosed with Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy. He underwent a heart transplant August 8, 2016. Although he had a few complications, he recovered and continued chasing his passion of recording music, and raising his children. Da'Quan is survived by his daughter Angel; sons Ah'mon, and Adonis; his mother Iona (Jermaine Sr.); father Eddie Sr. (Lenore); brothers Eddie Jr.; Steven, Jermaine Jr.,Qwamaine, Qwamear, Cayden; sister Len'Nasia; grandmothers Peggy (John), Louise (Willard); grandfather Henry; great grandmother Betty; aunts Na'Ree (Stuart), Marcia (Patrick), Faithann (Vante); uncle Roosevelt III. (Beverly); bonus mother Tasha. Da'Quan leaves behind many cousins, family, and bonus brothers. He is predeceased by his grandfather Roosevelt Jr.; his grandmother Clementine; great grandfather Nathan; great grandmother Helen; uncle Stacy; nephew Prince; and best friend Montrea. Services will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 3:30 PM at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township.
