Obituary of Betty A. Haines

Betty A. Haines, 53, of Bridgeton died on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland following an extended illness. Born in Bridgeton to Lorraine Fuchs Hayes and the late Hardy Hayes, she was the wife of Charles C. Haines. Betty had been a resident of Bridgeton all of her life. Betty had been a homemaker who was passionate about caring for her family. She was known as the “Neighborhood Mom”. Betty was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. In her free time, she enjoyed talking with her friends and family on the phone and shopping. She is survived by; her husband, Charles Haines of Bridgeton; her mother, Lorraine Hayes of Bridgeton; three sons, Michael Haines of Bridgeton, Steven Haines and his wife, Brittany of Hopewell Twp. and Christopher Haines of Bridgeton; three brothers, Joseph Hayes of Bridgeton, Jim Hayes and his companion, Val of PA and Ed Hayes of Upper Deerfield Twp. and two grandchildren, Mia Haines and Carter Haines. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 12 Noon. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services.
