Joann Jennings, 51, of Bridgeton died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at her home under the care of Hospice. The daughter of the late Thomas R. Jennings and Catherine Smith Jennings, she had been a Bridgeton resident for the past 15 years and had lived in Millville prior to that. Joann was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Norris and had previously been employed with the Peterson Packing Company in Port Norris. She is survived by her four children, Latasha N. Jennings of Glassboro, Whitney I. Jennings of Willingboro, Marvin D. Logan of Glassboro and Jazmin D. Jennings of Philadelphia; two brothers, Thomas R. Jennings, Jr. of MD and Brian K. Jennings of Bridgeton; four sisters, Deborah A. Smith of Bridgeton, Karen L. Cisrow of Millville, Wanda Livingston of Vineland, Lisa M. Jennings of Bridgeton and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Lamar Jennings. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 28th at 11 AM at Shiloh Baptist Church, Memorial Ave., Port Norris. Friends will be received at the church from 9 to 11 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Twp. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp. Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
