Lillian A. Rivas-Frazier, 71, of Baltimore MD died Sunday, April 19th, 2015 at home. Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Angel Quinones and Lillian Lloyd Quinones and was the wife of the late Jerry Frazier. Early on in life she was blessed to find her soul mate, Jerry, and together they built their dream home and expanded their family. They created J&L Trucking, Inc., a successful dump truck company. It was during this time that Lillian and Jerry met Casic Cotton and made a lifelong friendship. Lillian continued to operate the trucking business for ten years following the death of her husband in 1991. She then went on to have a successful career with the Federal Government, a career that would last twenty-seven years and introduce her to her best friend Mike Foley. Lillian also spent twenty-three years with the Federal Government as a contractor and ten years at Trailways. She was a hard working woman but played just as hard. Lillian liked to cruises with her friends and her granddaughter Kirra, and also loved going to the casinos with friends and coworkers.
