Paul J. Tramuta, 85, aka “Baldie” passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden. He was the son of the late Salvatore and Sarah (Perella) Tramuta. He leaves his wife of 56 years, Betty (VanMeter) Tramuta and their children, Cindy Schultz and Paul S. Tramuta and his son, Michael Starling, by a previous marriage; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was a graduate of the Bridgeton High School Class of 1948 and served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Paul had been a co-owner of the Red Brick Tavern and later the Glass Bar both in Bridgeton. He was always known for his sense of humor by his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, March 13th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in Paul’s memory be made to a charity of one’s choice.
