Carol (Joyce) Boobar, 78, of Upper Deerfield Twp. died Friday evening, January 16, 2015 at her home under the care of Hospice.
Born in Bridgeton, she was a lifetime Upper Deerfield Twp. resident and was the daughter of the late Edgar Joyce and Pauline Sockwell Joyce.
Carol is survived by her three children, Ronald Uhland, Jr. of FL, David Uhland of Stow Creek Twp. and Sandra Werkheiser of Upper Deerfield Twp; two sisters, Barbara Riley of Hopewell Twp. and Patricia Kline of Upper Deerfield Twp; a brother, George Joyce of Upper Deerfield Twp, 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Donna Williams.
Memorial services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Hwy. 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Wed., January 21st at 2 PM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 1 to 2 PM prior to the services. Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com
