Helen S. Kille, age 89, of Greenwich died at her home on Monday evening, October 17, 2011. Born in Shiloh on July 25, 1922 to the late David J. Shiles and Marion Harris Shiles she was the wife of the late Leon A. Kille and had lived in Greenwich for the past 45 years. Prior to that she had been a resident of Upper Deerfield Township. For over 30 years, Mrs. Kille had been employed in the Selecting Department at the former Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Bridgeton. A 1941 graduate of Bridgeton High School, she enjoyed baking, crossword puzzles, antiques, yard sales and travel with her late husband through all the United States. Surviving are a daughter, Donna Cailliau of Hancock's Bridge; a son, David Evanoski and his wife Patricia of Deerfield; a stepdaughter, Brenda Keenan and her husband Richard of Michigan; a stepson, James Kille, Sr. and his wife Sharon, 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Friday, October 21st at 11 AM. Burial will take place at Greenwich Baptist Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers the family asks for a book to be placed in Mrs. Kille's memory at the Cumberland County Library.
