Obituary of Heather N. Owens

            Heather N. Owens, 30, of Millville died unexpectedly on Friday, March 30, 2018.

            Born in Vineland to Jennifer Riley Owens and the late Billy J. Owens, she had been a resident of Millville for most of her life.

            Heather was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her children. In her free time, she loved to visit Ocean City, draw and dance. She was also an avid music lover.

            She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Owens; three children, Joseph White, III, Joelon White and Jocelyn White; her companion, Joseph White, II and a sister, Valerie Owens.
