Obituary of Matthew F. Celeste

            Matthew F. Celeste, 35, of Vineland passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.

            The son of Anthony Celeste and Mary Kelly Celeste of Williamstown, he was the husband of Amayrani Peralta and was born in Voorhees.  He had been a resident of Vineland for two years and had lived in Pitman prior to that. 

            Matthew was employed with Dandrea Produce in Vineland.  He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Fan.  He deeply loved his children and was good at doing construction work. 

            In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two children, Mathew and Madison and a step-son, Kayden.  He is also survived by his sister, Ashley M. Celeste of Washington Township.

            The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, February 23rd at 11 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Morton Avenue, Rosenhayn.  Friends will be received at the church from 9:30 to 11:00 AM prior to the services.  Interment will take place at Holy Cross at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Township.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in Matthew’s memory be made to the Parish of the Holy Cross, 46 Central Avenue, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.  Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
