Carol J. Watson, 78, of Bridgeton died on Friday, June 2, 2017 at her home under the care of hospice and her family.

 

            She was born in Bridgeton to the late Robert Logan and Lona Ayars Logan Mick. Carol briefly resided of Newfield but had lived in Bridgeton most of her life.

 

            Prior to her retirement, she had worked in the housekeeping department of Bridgeton Hospital for many years. She was a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Carol enjoyed her trips to Ocean City and the Atlantic City Casinos where she liked the penny slots. Her favorite foods were Big John's Pizza and McDonald's chicken nuggets with honey mustard. Carol was known to say frequently “mind your business”.

 

            She is survived by eight children, Karen Tabor of Wilmington, NC, Robert Kimble and his wife, Debbi of Bridgeton, Brian Kimble and his companion, Bobbie of Bridgeton, Burl Kimble of Wilmington, NC, Carol Kimble of Ft. Pierce, FL, Kevin Kimble and his wife, Marnie of Millville, Danielle Rasinger and her husband, Bill of Hazelton, PA and Kimberly Freeman and her husband, Jim of Newfield; three sisters, Sheila Morgan and her husband, Barry, Diane Kolonich and her husband, Tony and Barbera Munyon all of Bridgeton; two brothers, Robert Logan and Neil Mick; a sister-in-law, June Mick; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Mick; three step-sisters, Vivian, Elsie and Carrie and a son-in-law, TJ Tabor.

 

            Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Wednesday, June 7th at 1 PM. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 12 Noon to 1 PM prior to the services.
