Elsa Emilie Scull (Nimitzek) 80, of Shiloh passed onto her eternal home at Inspira Hospital in Vineland on March 27, 2017 after a brief illness. Elsa was born on September 9, 1936 in Bridgeton to Henry and Ruth Nimitzek. Elsa was predeceased by her parents and sister, Ruthe Nimitzek Spoltore. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Howard S. Scull, Jr., three children, Bruce Scull, Joanne Kuhn and Barry Scull; seven grandchildren, Katy Bofinger, Colin Scull, Natalie Kuhn, Tiffany Kuhn, Zachary Scull, Shane Suthard and Bobby Suthard; 9 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joanne Nimitzek and Regina Perez and two brothers, Eric Nimitzek and Henry Nimitzek. She worked as a bookkeeper for several Bridgeton Law Firms, was a unit clerk at Bridgeton Hospital and served as a secretary at the Roarke Agency for many years. She was active in the PTA for Shiloh School, served on the Shiloh School Board for many years and acted as Board President. She worked for the Election Board for many years. Elsa joined the Seventh Day Baptist Church of Shiloh when she decided to spend her life with Howard. Together they were active in church for over 60 years. Elsa devoted her life to family. She lived a creative life enjoying quilting, various arts and crafts and writing-putting together amazing programs for church and family events. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Friday the 31st of March at 11 AM at the Shiloh Seventh Day Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Memorial Fund of the Seventh Day Baptist Church of Shiloh. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township. Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
