DeLoris Riggins, 86, of Vineland passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at home under the care of Hospice. Born in Hartford, TN, she was the daughter of the late Dave Brandenburg and Hazel Messer Brandenburg and the wife of the late Anthony Riggins. She had lived in Vineland with her granddaughter Tammy D’Augustine for the last six months but was a resident of both Millville and Cedarville prior to that. Before her retirement in 1994, DeLoris had been employed with Wheaton Glass Company in Millville for 27 years. She had been a member of Millville Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Ronald McMahan of North Dakota; a sister, Mary Peters of Tennessee, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sons, J.A. McMahan, Leonard McMahan and Wayne McMahan, a daughter, Marilyn Jones and a sister, Ann Addison. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 160 Main Street, Cedarville on Thursday, February 2nd at 11 AM. Friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedarville. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in DeLoris’s memory be made to Journeys Hospice, 6712 Washington Avenue, EHT, NJ 08234.
