Obituary of Ruth M. Holmes

Ruth M. Holmes, 76, of Seabrook died on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland. Ruth was born in Greenwich to the late Ralph Price and Susie Holmes. She had been a resident of Seabrook for the past year and prior to that she had lived in Bridgeton. Ruth was a dedicated child care provider for over 60 years to many area children. She was a member of the Bridgeton Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. In her free time she enjoyed watching her daytime soap operas. Ruth is survived by her two daughters, Sherry Holmes of Upper Deerfield Twp. and Terri Telfair of Bridgeton and three sisters, Alice Rainner of Bridgeton, June Johnson-Kelly of Bridgeton and Helena Homes of Lancaster, PA; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at the Bridgeton Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 691 Irving Avenue, Bridgeton on Saturday, January 28th at 1 PM.
