Henry M. Garrison, Jr., 58, of Mullica Hill died Friday, July 22, 2016 at Cooper Hospital in Camden. The son of the late Henry M. Garrison and Prenda Chiari Garrison, he was born in Bridgeton and had lived in Mullica Hill for 26 years. Prior to that he had resided in Philadelphia and Collingswood. Henry was currently employed with the Senior Care Center in Upper Deerfield Twp. For several years he was employed with the Eastern National Books and Novelties Company in Washington and Philadelphia. A graduate of the Bridgeton High School Class of 1976, he was an accomplished puppeteer with a specialty in working with marionettes. Henry was a member of the Dr. Neff’s Incredible Puppet Company in Monroeville. He is survived by his brother, Jerry H. Garrison of Deerfield Twp.; his aunt Frances Abbott of Millville and several cousins. He was predeceased by a sister, Virginia Dare Garrison and a brother, James VanMeter Garrison. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Wednesday, July 27th at 10 AM. Friends will be received on Tuesday evening, July 26th from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Olivet Cemetery in Pittsgrove Twp.
